On December 14, HCRDI and Namangan Cement Company of Uzbekistan held a grand signing ceremony in Shenzhen for a Memorandum of Cooperation following HCRDI’s successful bid. Through this agreement, HCRDI secured the contract for the Green Energy Integrated Utilization Project supporting Namangan Cement’s 3,200 tpd cement clinker production line. This milestone marks a renewed partnership between the two parties, expanding their collaboration from cement production lines into the green energy sector.
Abdurazakoff, Governor of Namangan Region, and Arziev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to China, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Their presence underscored the Uzbek government’s recognition of the strong cooperation capabilities between Chinese and Uzbek enterprises, as well as its firm support for introducing green energy technologies and promoting the green upgrading of the cement industry.
He Weishuai, Deputy General Manager of HCRDI Design & Engineering Company, briefed the Governor and the Ambassador on the overall profile of the Equipment Group and the core planning of the project. He reaffirmed HCRDI’s commitment to supporting Namangan Cement’s green transformation by leveraging its strong R&D capabilities, high-end equipment portfolio, high-quality engineering services, and regional service network across Central Asia.
Governor Abdurazakoff extended his warm congratulations on the successful signing of the cooperation memorandum. He noted that the project is highly aligned with Namangan Region’s efforts to advance industrial green upgrading and achieve high-quality economic development. He expressed his expectation that HCRDI would fully utilize its technological and resource advantages to provide advanced technologies, high-quality products, and professional services to more enterprises in the region, including Namangan Cement.
The successful signing of this project represents another key milestone in HCRDI’s overseas business portfolio, further strengthening the integrated development of cement building materials and green energy. It reflects the Central Asian market’s recognition of HCRDI’s capabilities in cross-sector energy project integration and full-process delivery, and lays a solid foundation for HCRDI to continue deepening its presence in Central Asia and to promote green energy integrated utilization solutions on a larger scale.
